UltraScape Prem-Prime is a polymer-modified cementitious slurry primer specifically formulated to provide an exceptional bond between all types of stone surfaces and UltraScape eco bed / pro-bed HS / perma-bed bedding mortar. The product is suitable for application on driveways, patios, town centre pedestrian schemes, pathways and carriageways. UltraScape Prem-Prime can be used with natural stone, concrete flags, Porcelain tiles and clay pavers.

Orders are delivered on pallets mostly using a tail-lift lorry. The pallet is lowered onto the nearest flat, hard kerbside surface. Please note that drivers cannot move pallets into gardens, garages, or through houses.
Yes, delivery is free to mainland UK addresses. For deliveries outside mainland UK (including certain remote postcodes, islands, and highlands), a surcharge per pack may apply.
We recommend someone is present to check and sign for the goods. However, deliveries can sometimes be left without a signature if agreed in advance.

We strongly advise adding at least 10% extra to cover cuts, wastage, or damages. This also ensures you have matching slabs from the same batch as spares or for contingency.
Each pallet can weigh up to 1,000kg. We advise using proper great and safety equipment for unloading the slabs. Slabs weighing 20 kgs or more should be lifted by two people.
