How does delivery take place? +

Orders are delivered on pallets mostly using a tail-lift lorry. The pallet is lowered onto the nearest flat, hard kerbside surface. Please note that drivers cannot move pallets into gardens, garages, or through houses.

Is delivery free? +

Yes, delivery is free to mainland UK addresses. For deliveries outside mainland UK (including certain remote postcodes,
islands, and highlands), a surcharge per pack may apply.

Do I need to be at home? +

We recommend someone is present to check and sign for the goods. However, deliveries can sometimes be left without a signature if
agreed in advance.

Can I delay my delivery? +

Yes. You can request a later delivery date to suit your project schedule. Let us know at checkout or contact us once you’ve placed your order.

Why should I order 10% extra paving? +

We strongly advise adding at least 10% extra to cover cuts, wastage, or damages. This also ensures you have matching slabs from the same batch as spares or for contingency.

How heavy are the pallets? +

Each pallet can weigh up to 1,000kg. We advise using proper great and safety equipment for unloading the slabs. Slabs
weighing 20 kgs or more should be lifted by two people.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major debit/credit cards and secure online payments.
