• When ready to install full slabs: ensure a properly prepared sub-base, use correct outdoor adhesive/bedding for 20 mm porcelain tile, and allow for adequate jointing and drainage. (The full version on Universal Paving is 20 mm thick.

• Simple cleaning: sweep debris, occasionally rinse with warm soapy water and a stiff brush. Avoid strong chemical cleaners or heavy dragging across the surface to preserve texture and finish.

• If placing a full order: try to order from the same production batch where possible to minimise shade variation, and consider ordering ~10% extra to allow for cuts, wastage and future replacements.
